Everyone is welcome on any of our tours including assistance animals. We are committed to have an accessible and inclusive environment for all travellers and believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience our town and castle regardless of background, identity or abilities.

Windsor Castle is totally accessible. All our blue badge tourist guides routinely work with Windsor Castle staff to ensure all access requirements are met.

Wheelchairs and motorised buggies are available to hire at Windsor Shopmobility situated in Windsor Coach Park.

There is a lift from Windsor Coach Park to Windsor Royal Shopping station.

Windsor Castle is on top of a hill. There is seating on the hill. Some streets are cobbled. Our tours can be tailored to our clients access needs.
